It was a beautiful wedding.
We met at Cik Enah's house at 8am on the morning of 07/07/07. The convoy of 10 vehicles all marked with ribbons moved off , everyone armed with smiles and lotsa well wishes.

We reached the destination shortly after zohor where we were then separated into respective resthouses. Why separated? Sigh... Lets just say we have a close brush with some family of his royal highness. Thats someway to put it.
Once settled its then time to start working on the gubahan. Well, taking the lead from Obek Mai, all the anak dara, mak dara and nenek dara have to put their two cents worth to make all the hantaran looks presentable. And of course, we were proud of the outcome.
Nikah was after Isyak. Abg Emi was super nervous. While being escorted in the car, he kept complaining of having buterflies in his stomach. More than once, like a small little boy he asked for permission to visit the toilet. Hehe... So cute. Poor him. Alhamdulilah it went all smoothly for him. Unfortunately, I met with a mishap with my camera and lost all the footages I had of the nikah night. Sigh. I will see if I could salvage the situation by some contingency operation.
Persandingan was held on Sunday. I have documented all the events in my photos. I hope my photos will be help to paint the excitement, the spirit and the love that was felt that Sunday. Its a 3 weeks wait now for the next majlis at Jalan Orkid, Kampung Majidee, Johor Bahru.
